After 22 mins waiting for customer services and complaining to the first customer service rep, the lady I eventually spoke to resolved the issue without bother and with (what sounded like!) a smile on her face! Huge thanks to Anne who’s on till 7pm 👏🏻

I’m on an iPhone with iOS 14.5.1, using the aviva digital gp app version 3.1.0. It won’t even open, crashes on the yellow front page. Yesterday it kept crashing when adding photos for a gp appointment. It’s incredibly #frustrating and a #baduserexperience

@AppleSupport Please make it easier to quickly rotate photographs, it’s such a headache to turn each one round on my iPhoneX - at least 4 steps per image is crazy! Google images turns them for you - surely you can automate this too? Rotating multiple at once would be good too! 🙏🏼

@AppleSupport Thanks @AppleSupport - this confirms I know how to do it, so perhaps this is more of a feedback / suggestion that the play button should be further away from the trim button OR maybe trim should be a separate UI? It’s too small to select between the play button and the cursor 🙈

@Apple - why have you made it so difficult to trim videos 😩 maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I just can’t seem to select the yellow trim button from the start of the video - it thinks I’m pressing the play button or the cursor.... argh 🤦🏼‍♀️😤😠
