After a chest infections comes a cough that's just - taking over your body!!!!!! I'll celebrate when that ordeal is over! Thank god I had my pneumonia jab!!!!!!!

Really got to stop thinking about what other people think! I should matter for myself and the ones who care and no one else! But saying this- common curtesy and some kindness towards others despite it's a bit against your beliefs won't hurt! We need peace in this world not war!

I'm so fed up with it all! It affects my confidence and how much I feel comfortable being around people. It makes me feel stressed! If anybody on here know and recognise any of this get in touch! I got ENT appointment again next month I feel at the moment I'm getting nowhere 🙄

If it is anything I'd love is the end of coughing! It's a way of life but some days are worse than others. It wakes me up in the night, I seem to get strange sneezing fits when I eat certain foods, I cough when I talk or sometimes move. I cough every morning when I get up! -

So it turns out that the cough I've had since 2020 progressing to chronic cough is indeed allergy related. I do have the occasional dry cough, but wow, after all that time, I learned this.
Happy however if I wasn't a stubborn bugger, I bet nothing would've been done 😐
