@VirginAtlantic how shocking is your service. You change our flight from a direct delight from Tampa to London to Tampa to Atlanta and then when the flight is delayed you don’t answer your phones, in fact you cut us off 30 times. No suitcases or anything. £12 for 24 hours food!

We’ve now been cut off 37 times and have no idea how we are getting home. We have no belongings and nobody in virgin will talk to us!!! Seriously how hard can it be.
