In 2023 Japanese shuttler Nozomi Okuhara did not get transport after reaching Cuttack on Monday for the Odisha Open. Some players were staying in their own tents, Malaysia athelete were sleeping in the airport, The team bus then failed to show up on time for training. Players are split across three hotels, more than four kilometres from the training venue and from meals. Sports nutrition and even regular fruit are already a problem. Still no proper communication. No updates. How interesting!!
