@wallstreet_au@JoshuaBarzon Nope it didn’t ‘magically happen.’ It happened over hundreds of millions of years through genetic mutation and natural selection. We don’t think things just pop into existence from nothing. That’s your caricature, not what evolution says.
@theblessedsalt There is no need for rail lines in Australia's centre as there is no one there, Australia's population is way smaller and concentrated then America's.
@latimeralder Adding to my other statement as well since twitter has a stupid character limit. Ember’s data also matches exactly what the only ‘official’ global energy body the IEA already predicted. If you really need to wait that bad for confirmation they release their global report tomorrow
@latimeralder By officially I mean that if you look at the official electricity data published by countries and their grid operators the numbers show renewables have overtaken coal. Ember just compiles that official data into one global dataset. This is just semantics though.
@latimeralder Nope I never said it was "official" that was the false standard you imposed. It doesn't need to be from the government it simply needs to be reputable. Yes it is independent. Lol you can't disprove anything I say so you need to go down a hyper fixation on one source.
@latimeralder Its a highly reputable independent source. Not all sources have to be from the government. Its funny how you know you can't actually disprove what I gave you. As I said if you have a problem with it you can point out the flaws in their methodologies.
