1. People with NO empathy and Less ethics go reach such positions. CXO roles have all transitioned to be taken over by people who are more Engineering focused background or Productivity focused background.

@KumarExclusive These Indian CXOs who come in are just money motivated and they are educated,trained in that same format. They see a thing and it costs X. They immediately think "Ah why should I have to pay X if I can make it for X - 10".
Let's do it and pocket the bonus....that's the attitude.

@KumarExclusive The real motivation is Bonus. American counterparts rarely touch offshoring since they know how many lives are upended when you take that route.

Once you go above VP, the bonus % are matched up by cost improvement, expense cuts and such components.

Most people in the company would be Telugu people and they are the morally, ethically worst people in India. I ran away from India from those and you guys ended up importing the worst bunch from India 🙄

@karanbirtinna Don't get stuck to the news. News is never guaranteed to be true. If his stock options flood the market in case he decides to sell, the stock will be a penny stock. (It already is).

Many have run such scams. CEOs who own 70 percent of boards approve their own salary 🤣

~20 percent of the population in India are Christians. Did the Indian government or anyone ask them to change their names ? 🤣🤣🤣
