They made that announcement to wait until 22nd for the reversal and people are more coming forward about not receiving their refund. Either they’re still processing or the CC/bank is super slow being the holidays and all. Hoping everyone

Either this was an elaborate scam or with all the harassment they received they lost valuable business and partnerships they needed to remain. I haven’t had any issues with my CC after getting the refund

But they were supposed to issue everyone refunds. Have you contacted them? Definitely talk to your bank ASAP at this point.

@TheSiteSupply Not the console queue. It would show limited console notice. Last time they did this, people got into the store but consoles were sold out and they left. I stayed and was placed back in the real drop queue.

@FedEx is it customary for the drivers to sign our names on packages that require a signature? Like expensive packages are being signed for by FedEx employees under the customer’s name and just left at the door for possible theft. 🤔
