Hey @zomato @zomatocare what’s going on? I’ve got Zomato Gold but still got hit with a delivery fee. The restaurant is barely 2 km away, yet your app shows 7.3 km and adds ₹43 extra! This is ridiculous

Hi @TheOfficialSBI I'm posting this here because your customer support potal sucks and I can't raise a complaint there. I had created an IPO mandate using SBI UPI. But it failed with technical glitch from your end. But money still got blocked on December. It's still not unblocked

I ordered a laptop on Flipkart on Sept 28 with delivery of Oct 5. It got delayed to Oct 8, and now it’s still “Out for delivery” with no progress. I need it for work, but Flipkart won’t let me cancel, and customer service says I have no option but to wait. #flipkartscam

Hi @TheOfficialSBI will your servers be ever up. Not able to access my account since morning. I made 20K UPI transaction today morning and it failed. But still money deducted. And not refunded till now.. please do better.

@TheOfficialSBI @TheOfficialSBI It's shocking that ₹20,000 of my hard-earned money was deducted due to a server issue, and for over 30 hours there has been no response! How can the biggest bank in India have such horrible infrastructure? Customers deserve better! #SBI #CustomerService
