Another consumer agent win use case:

A local interior design company had beautiful projects but struggled with their website. An outsourced WordPress setup turned into a nightmare. They couldn’t even update the footer phone number themselves.

Personal take:

I don’t need to chase massive markets from day one.

I just want to make real users genuinely happy with their own use cases, create real value for them, and slowly collect the patterns into the product.

Slowly, then suddenly, the product becomes truly useful.
