Merlin

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@DeputyARUUU That summarizes well the anime community in 2026, jjk is the piece of fiction that exposed the most this phenomenon, u shouldn't expect much from a community who doesn't grasp its own anime

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@miasonyson That's like half of jjk chars with all due respect ( yes i love jjk but the glaze the chars get is often js cuz of aura and hype )

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@Art_Might Exactly it's really hard to nail the perfect style and vibe of these ones which is why i was so shocked but yeah amazing talent u got !

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@Art_Might @nambawanshaark Wait so u genuinely managed to make an art this close to the kubo death drawings ? My god i was not able to tell i was like who tf is this girl LMAOO

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@AnimexBase Define perfect adaptation

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@AnimeePost Jinwoo vs dongsoo was never a fight my guy , u meant Jinwoo vs Thomas

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@CatKingdomYT @AnimeePost The dad training his son abusively isn't that rare of a trope, a famous one is Trunks from dbz, it's more toya js having an obsession to be his dad's center of attention and objectively in his backstory most of the blame is on him too so I don't see him being worthy of this post

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@CatKingdomYT @AnimeePost Absolutely it's kind of an incomplete villain backstory sadly that's why, but yeah what u said was exactly it, a wicked obsession with him being at the center of his dad's ambitions, once again tho it feels so lackluster that this is all it took for him to murder people.

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@CatKingdomYT @AnimeePost Yes ofc but if u put him next to eren his "openings" that could potentially justify look like a joke next to eren's, like i said if only we got a bit more to the period the story didn't cover then we could've seen if it was actually the bullying due to his skin or sum else.

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@CatKingdomYT @AnimeePost It's not like he dropped him off js like that tho he literally would've died if he trained any further so he js had to stop the whole number 1 ambition thing, but yeah due to that he js joined his other siblings in being normal kids without much expectations from them.

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@CatKingdomYT @AnimeePost There's a big difference between becoming enraged with ur dad and becoming a murderer who kills people js to torment his dad, we never got to know why he became like that since it happened during the years that didn't get shown.

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@CatKingdomYT @AnimeePost Even after he woke up from the coma, sure he can hate his dad but that doesn't explain at all how he became actually evil and started valuing people lives like trash, it's a gap in the story imo. We didn't get to see what happened between when he woke up and becoming dabi.

[Merlin @Another_Merlin]

@CatKingdomYT @AnimeePost He never got neglected tho, Endeavor simply had to make him stop cuz of his weak body and he explained that to him but toya didn't wanna accept it, ofc the raising to be Number 1 thing wasn't good but that's no way nearly enough of a reason to start killing random innocent people
