How can a public servant be so arrogant and ruthless? A government officer’s job is to serve the citizens, not intimidate them with loud voices and threats of bulldozers.
During a recent property discussion, instead of professionally explaining the local building codes��which state that private property owners can build front boundary walls up to 1.2m (open-grille) and side/rear walls up to 1.8m—the officer aggressively claimed no wall could be built at all. He even mockingly demanded to see his degree.
Power should be used to enforce the law justly, not to weaponise fear against everyday citizens. We need accountability for this kind of power-tripping.

A polite reminder to authorities & legislators: Rules 5 (source segregation by generators/market associations, where applicable), 8 (ULB duties) & 17 (environmental enforcement) make the responsibilities clear.

@MunCorpGurugram -please don’t just spot-fix this by removing the mixed waste. Enforce segregation at source so material can be recovered, recycled/composted /bio methanized and processed.

@Haryana_spcb @HspcbS -substantial EC is already being levied for SWM failures. Why make taxpayers pay downstream for failures preventable at source?
