This is not upselling.This feels like misleading customers after purchase. Very disappointing

The issue isn’t ₹199, it’s trust. Selling a 3-year plan using an AI feature, then charging extra for it after 6 months, feels unfair to existing customers.
@IndianOilcl Extremely poor LPG service in our area. Indane Gas cylinder booking is neither working online nor through phone. Customers have been trying for days but no response from the agency.
