todays day 1 of the great lock in. you know the protocol.

0 distractions.
continuous day conquering.
twisting knives into your demons.

you get through the day and realize you didn’t do ANYTHING.

wow. all that work was meaningless. looking like present day ben simmons.

tomorrow, will you do the same?

will tomorrow be day 1 of your great lock out?

everyone else is just speeding past you. accolade after accolade. yet your feet are STILL cemented into the ground.

WAKE. UP.

even if no one’s stopping you from quitting.

even if your brain feels like it’s getting crushed in a compactor.

even if success isn’t meant for everyone.

that’s no excuse to end your pursuit of something better.

this one infinitely small percentage of time could be the springboard towards realization

realization of your goals. of your new life. your passion.

so, tomorrow morning, ask yourself one question:

what levers can I pull to make today different from yesterday?

(writing this after a nasty push day, I feel rejuvenated but also scared for how much i’m going to cringe when my friends show me this post a few months down the road)

need someone smart:

what model/model stack is the best for computer vision localization? (ex. recognizing icons on a screen)

I know claude/openai options exist, i'm looking for cheap/free. current stack: groq + ollama + ocr reading

but that's getting me 60-70% accuracy

@her_shin5 @heyclicky for others it is openai/claude code compatible, but for my use, i cannot afford credits for either :(

now i'm trying to find some creative solution of stretching the capabilities of the models i already have in play.

Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.
