I am writing this issue regarding a recent matter concerning the rejection of my insurance claim for my mother's treatment through TATA AIG . My policy number is 7000045317

I have appealed many times but no one is responding against this issue.

You are not giving the cashless facility and for these difficult times only I purchased the Health Insurance.
At the time of purchasing the policy it was clearly mentioned that cashless facilities will be given in the Panel Hospitals.

we haverecently received communication stating that my claim has been denied due to the Incorrect reason stated of a pre-existing condition which was not the case as this issue is recently diagnosed.

Please provide this claim Asap as this is leading to unnecessarily delay in patient’s treatment and health conditions are getting worse and considering the doctors clear judgement on this case should be considered for immediate attention .

We are stuck at crossing for more than 2 hours near Noida (Chhaprula Railway Fatak)
Trains are coming again and again.
