A NEW WAVE at Tier1 HQ

Nothing but work being put in at Tier1 HQ. Had the pleasure of getting after it with the next wave of future Tier1 recruits through our Tier1 Youth Program, alongside one of our current high school Tier1 guys to set the standard.

From teaching the details to demanding the tempo — this is how the culture is built. The youth are learning what it takes early, and the vets are sharpening their edge. Iron sharpens iron, and the pipeline is real.

Different ages. Same grind. Same standard. The future is being developed right now at Tier1 HQ.
