Kids today have it easier, which is of course all we want for our own kids. “To have it easier” but there’s a certain trait that you get from having to work and fight for what you want. Becoming less and less a thing😕

@shelbsleeee Right so with that logic I say we continue to have more trust in new people. If chances are higher that people are good v bad than I’ll take those odds any day of the week.
@shelbsleeee Right, I’m just exaggerating to drive my point. But I think people getting screwed over happens less times than people doing good to you. If people find themselves getting screwed over a lot then they should consider a new way of finding new fiends and changing their inner circle
@shelbsleeee Right I consider myself lucky but I also am not looking for trouble.. I surround myself with good people. I’m not going to make new friends at 7-11 in downtown Denver. I’m meeting new people through business networking and other avenues that have lots of like minded people.
@shelbsleeee Then imagine how quick the relationship would blossom?! But obviously there is an opportunity for people to be taken advantage of which is the bad part to my argument. But me personally I’ll do it to 11/10 people I meet.
@shelbsleeee That’s where I would have to disagree I think we should attempt to normalize trusting new people. Sounds crazy BUT I think we would unlock so much more and as you said most people are good so why can’t we trust them? If both people trust eachother off the bat...
