It only took us 410 days to build the Empire State Building in the year 1930.
We’ve literally become less capable, drowning ourselves in red tape and regulations.
@ForFucksSakeFFS@pashedmotatos For why tho? Humans were designed to be nasal breathers. Mouth breathing poses a number of health concerns from dental to cardiovascular and everything inbetween. You should only be breathing thru your mouth during strenuous exercise when you need more air, or when congested.
@pashedmotatos Hold water in your mouth, or otherwise stop yourself from opening your mouth for 3 minutes. If you can go 3 minutes without feeling panic or anxiety, you can mouth tape at night.
I don’t think you people understand material cost. You can not physically build something like this for less then $30K in material. Wood, siding, floors, insulation, doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, finish trim, labor costs, it all adds up, people.
@CestSam@formularacers_ Checo also came in clutch defensively for Max on multiple occasions. I agree he had to go, but Lawson doesn’t seem to be the answer.
@cheesetoast4eva@formularacers_ He’s better then Lawson by all Metrics lol he’s leading him in WDC points, and consistently out qualifies him, in a racing bull…
@LLF_WHU @CrimeLdn I think the idea is it only mildly inconveniences you if you’re just trying to take one or two, but it also prohibits someone from hastily grabbing a handful and running off. Not a perfect solution but it’s a deterrent that doesn’t affect honest people like locks do.
@TheJoeySwoll To number 5, Sawyer is a water filter company that makes filters mostly for outdoor activities like backpacking, but they’ve also been delivering filters to under developed countries without clean water. Awesome company, check them out and support if you’re in the market
I really need people to understand that tires are the deciding factor in how well you do in snow, not AWD, not any fancy traction control, good, 3PMS certified snow tires, or stay the fuck off the roads.
My most millennial take is if you pay $0.01 for something, you shouldn’t have ads. Ads exist to pay the company in lieu of your membership or subscription payment and let you use the service for free. If you’re paying, with ads, the company is basically profiting off you twice.
@PovialJunk@J1mmyRS I feel like most of them were pretty decent. Rn it’s $13/ member account, I didn’t see a ton of options that were more then $26/ month that includes two member characters… is that not the same or better then what we have now? What really worries me is ads…
Banks will do this thing where they buy the car for you and you pay them back alittle bit every month then they’ll send you the title when it’s all done…
