@RobSchneider People panicked, disinformation was rampant, people were told they would die and didnt know how to react. Some of those people werent the smartest. I dont see why the reactions people had were so "mindblowing" to other more fortunate or intelligent people.

@keribla @davidjmalan I worked in prison. There is a SMALL percentage that would use phones for normal use. Therw is a LARGE percentage that would use phones to coordinate escapes, hits, package drops, etc. It's prison not jail. Monitored phone usage is safer and cell phones are a HUGE problem already
