I try not to buy into the self important narcissistic behavior we have nowadays because of this digital social structure

I often struggle to mention any actual opinions because so many on here are disingenuous

I see takes on mental health. To me it is real & important but then there is the reality. Those who see you as weak. Those who only care about how they are treated and couldn’t care less about you. The world often does not care.

So I would say this to maybe save some disappointment , learn to cope with the world instead of waiting for the world to cope for you. That sounds harsh but if we wait for the world to be a nicer place overall, we will see our death bed first.

If you’re lucky you have a friend or two that actually cares about your well being, to lean on in tough times then count your blessings but overall you need to care about loving yourself. This does take work.

Sometimes you need to seek professional help and sometimes it will take a few options before finding the right one.

Other times you may need some medication.

I probably would recommend as a a complete pedestrian, 2 out of 3 which would be working on yourself, professional help and/or medication.

Then it comes to cost which we see on the news “it was mental health issue.” Yet nothing is done about said issue.

It is a tough world out there but there is hope and some honest good people. I rather have my worse enemy with us here on this planet than see anything happen to them. Sadly I have proven this to be a fact in my life. Always be better than your situation even if everyone around you makes it seem ok to be undisciplined and unkind. You are better than that and them.
