@JimBearCreek @RepMadden @PACharters2023 Yes, you’re right…I should have chosen my words a little better…let’s say there are barriers to entry and not guidelines per se. Hey I’m not against them. If they allow unions, have to face public scrutiny with budgets, elected officials, etc etc then go for it.
