TV47’s documentary attempted to cast doubt on HIV healings by deliberately avoiding what truly matters: complete, verifiable medical evidence. If an investigation was genuinely conducted, the public deserves to see the findings on all the 30+ HIV healing cases presented to KMPDC—including testimonies such as Ezekiel Walela, Bethuel Sirengo, Alfred and Rebecca Mose, some of whom were born HIV positive to HIV-positive parents and are well known to the hospitals that managed their care.

One case alone decisively exposes the weakness of the narrative presented: Millicent Awino Ochieng. Her testimony refutes doubt not through emotion, but through process, repetition, and documented medical outcomes.

Documented HIV Positivity — Repeated and Independent

Millicent was first tested at Ulungu Dispensary, Bondo, in September 2023 and returned HIV positive. Her husband tested HIV negative. Shocked by the result, the couple requested a repeat test at the same facility one week later—again HIV positive.

Seeking continuity of care, Millicent transferred to Usigu Sub-County Hospital. On 27 September 2023, she was re-tested and again confirmed HIV positive; her husband remained HIV negative. Millicent was enrolled into care and initiated on ART, while her husband was placed on PrEP (TDF/FTC).

These steps reflect standard NASCOP HIV Testing Services and care pathways. The diagnosis was neither casual nor ambiguous—it was repeated, independent, and clinically governed.

The Healing — Followed by Instruction to Verify

On 30 December 2024, during the MENENGAI 7 Healing Service broadcast live on K24, Millicent followed the service remotely as THE LORD’S decree was proclaimed, with HIV/AIDS mentioned by name. She experienced an immediate and profound internal conviction that THE LORD had touched her.

Crucially, what followed was not blind celebration. Those on medication were instructed to return to hospitals and confirm—a directive fully aligned with responsible medical practice.

Initial HIV positivity was repeated and documented

Enrollment into care and ART initiation occurred

Sustained viral suppression to zero off ART was confirmed over time, under clinician oversight

This is not anecdote. It is timeline, repetition, governance, and outcome—the foundational pillars of HIV medicine.

To ignore such evidence while advancing claims about “discouraged re-testing” or insinuations of impropriety is to misrepresent NASCOP-aligned practice and to withhold material facts from the public.
