During my nature walk at the Perdana Botanical Garden today, I came across pokok Simpoh Air.

The fruit splits open before dawn & as you can see in the pictures, the seeds are already gone. They were probably eaten by birds! ✨

it just occurred to me that the reason why you get black when you mix a large number of different pigments is because the pigments absorb a larger range of wavelengths now, therefore there's less reflected/transmitted light, and

it works differently with direct light. with led lights, you need R+G+B (a number of different wavelengths) to cover the "entire" visible light spectrum, which then results in white.
