@AviVaulin@MillieMarconnni@grok 100%. I source my own from Japan for this exact reason. It’s been a complete game changer for me. Just be careful with all the fake stuff out there. Ran into that issue so much which is why I work with a forest directly.
@canva I tried it a few times but keep getting errors when trying to export to Canva. Most common error was “file too large.” I designed new carousel posts and tried to send to Canva but Claude kept saying it couldn’t. So it ended up taking screenshots of the designs.
@Flomerboy I keep having issues with export Canva. The designs Claude makes are beautiful, but when trying to export to Canva there seems to be a "file to large" issue so Claude simplifies the design. Any suggestions?
This AI video converted more sales & engagement on just my IG story, than me actually flying to Japan & documenting the process of sourcing my own hinoki oil. I spent thousands of dollars, 3 weeks in Japan and hours each day editing content. I spent 20 minutes on this AI video...
@NathanHirsch99 @lovable Former Denver neighbor. It’s a great start and cool to see but where is the branding? Once everyone can do this, branding js going to be even more important. I think Shopify’s own AI module builder is better than this integration (for now).
These small resets tell your nervous system the work is done.
You’re not just resting.
You’re teaching your body to feel safe again so it can start to repair.
Grab your bottle of hinoki oil that I source directly from Japan at https://t.co/vyflSueBu4
Recovery isn’t just what happens when you stop moving.
It’s how well your body can shift from stress to repair.
Most people focus on protein, ice baths or sleep, but they forget the system that controls all of it. The nervous system.
Try this after your next workout:
Smell hinoki directly from the bottle.
5 minutes of breathing. I use the box breathing method (4 in, 4 hold, 4 out, 4 hold).
The combination of breathing and hinoki is extremely effective at resetting the nervous system.
5 minutes of calm isn’t a break from your day. It helps make your day more productive.
You’ll notice better focus, steadier energy & an easier transition into sleep at night.

Most people only try to relax when they’re already stressed.
By then it’s too late. Your nervous system is already overloaded.
The trick isn’t to chase calm.
It’s to maintain it.
That’s the idea behind the two hour reset with hinoki oil.
Pairing scent with breath creates a faster signal of safety.
Your brain starts linking the smell of hinoki with calm.
Over time, just smelling it can trigger relaxation instantly.
That’s nervous system conditioning.
