This video perfectly captures why India is a dysfunctional third world country where nothing works. People don't trust each other, they are constantly trying to "skip the line", there is no social trust, everything is approached with a with a zero sum attitude, there is no mentality about creating "win-win" situations, it's a dog eat dog society. We all know that by cooperating and looking out for each other and genuinely following some basic discipline and rules, our country can be a 100 times better yet no one does it.
