Some bonds can't be broken.
Bird & Dee’s story started in an unexpected place, two bonded souls found near a train yard, choosing each other long before anyone else had a chance to choose them. They came in as a pair and never stopped being a pair.
Two dogs who are a bonded pair, after being rescued from a rail line in Chicago, have been adopted together, the Anti-Cruelty organization said Friday. https://t.co/ruuEFefG7P
Staff and volunteers often found Bird curled right on top of Dee around the shelter, like she’s claimed him as her safe place.
Dee never minded one bit. He always stayed steady beneath her.
