@dustychipura Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria, for sure. Didn't even know that was a thing. Finding out about that was what clinched for me that I have ADHD. (Still undiagnosed, hope to change that one day.)
@WhatTheADHD@menacingsqrrl I really enjoy your ADHD content, but I'm not sure this is the take you think it is. The US is built for white girls like me to be able to get away with disparaging black people. Hell, we could get rewarded for it. This person expressing their experience with that is not wrong.
you know the drill
(if you don’t: I’m a lawyer & I read iconic court transcripts. basically anything that happens in court that is 🫶ridiculous. enjoy)
THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE BECOMING A TEACHER
1 I can’t use the restroom whenever I need to
2 I will be spending my own money
3 I will never finish a cup of coffee
4 My salary will be frozen for years & years
5 Skip the problems that have the answer 69
6 You can say ‘NO’
@jeffreyhoward33 I found out when I was 7 by my oldest brother showing me where the Christmas presents were hidden. I already had doubts, but that still really sucked. I never was mad at my parents for the "lie," but I wish they had been the ones to tell me.
