@AntoineSpeaker Same reason here. Grew my hair to debunk the stereotypical thought that people with dreadlocks are poor, dirty, savages etc and we were sold the idea that we need to cut our hair to be presentable. Man I am a top engineer with or without my dreadlock.

Me without locs. I grew my hair simply to set an example & smash ignorance.
When I was blogger, I wrote articles on Black children being told their hair was unprofessional. So I decided to grow my hair & give them example to reference on TV.
With or without hair i am stil him!

I've presented the news, hosted international and primetime documentaries, won awards, been invited Number 10 Downing Street and I was invited back to my secondary school as a guest of honour - all for my work. All whilst still having dreadlocks. Be the change....
