On tonight's menu I prepared roast baby russet potatoes and green beans with a mane of pork chops, glazed shallots, and a balsamic vinegar/Cherry jam reduction to finish.
Walked in the house and found this waiting for me... Danced through the kitchen all the way to my room sooo excited to try something new.
