@JIDsv 5. and if the gov’t. refuses to help (as it historically has), then powerful voices and leaders should get together and start these, as we all have a responsibility to do for those in worse situations. I mentioned Kevin Hart’a program earlier, def check it out!

@JIDsv 4. The money used to allocate resources to police for their lawsuits, unions, etc. should be re-allocated to 1) more training and better screening for hiring of officers and 2) programs like the ones I described above. The conversation around these issues is just the start
