“She Sells Sanctuary” is from Love (1985) and became The Cult’s biggest hit to date, reaching #15 on the UK Singles Chart and helping the album break into the UK Top 4.
The song also marked the end of an era within the band, as it was the last Cult recording to feature drummer Nigel Preston before his dismissal. Over time “She Sells Sanctuary” grew far beyond its original chart run, becoming one of the band’s signature songs and a staple of alternative and classic-rock radio.
Marvin Gaye - Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology) (Live at the Montreux Jazz Festival 1980)
Absolutely SUPERB! One of pop music's first environmental protest songs, written & produced by Marvin for his evergreen masterpiece What's Going On. In 2002 it won a Grammy Hall of Fame Award.
Awww! "The Wizard" (Dícese inspirada en Gandalf) se distingue por su armónica q aparece de principio a fin, es uno de mis temas favoritos, junto a "N.I.B", q tiene 🎸 metálica, repleta de riffs y más la batería de Ward. #BlackSabbath#OzzyForever

The Black Crowes - Hard To Handle
Primal Scream never shied away from confronting the world around them. "Swastika Eyes," from 2000's XTRMNTR, channelled the band's anger at political corruption and abuse of power into one of the most aggressive tracks of their career, combining pounding electronic beats with razor-sharp guitars. This performance at Glastonbury 2003 captures Primal Scream at their most uncompromising, turning protest into a fierce and unforgettable live experience.
