This is how you sell high performance. I've actually built a presentation on this subject. The other savings are a byproduct of comfort.

Good accoustics presentation at @fenbc today. Big take away. Triple glazing does not necessarily improve a windows accoustic rating over a double glazed window. Offsetting glass thickness is key.
