Hi @HM_Passport! I submitted a request for expediting a renewal as my father-in-law has died. Was told I should hear back in 3 days ... but it’s now 10 days later! Meanwhile I’ve been told not to send in my docs for the normal route. Any idea how long it should take to hear back?
