@JethmalaniM Sir , CIRP of 3 C shelters Pvt limited is also being used as a vehicle of fraud to deny the home to 3 C Home buyers in project greenopolis sec 89 Gurgaon towards their allotted home for which they paid 90% payment as per legal agreement. Concerns authorities need to investigate.

THE IBC WAS MEANT TO RESOLVE BAD DEBT - NOT RECYCLE ASSETS BACK TO DEFAULTERS.

In case after case, lenders took haircuts of up to 97–99% while promoters allegedly returned through front entities, manipulated CoCs and reacquired their assets for a pittance.

Pure corporate loot.

Now please investigate every promoter, proxy bidder, resolution professional, valuer and banker who enabled it. Follow the money. Claw back the assets. Prosecute the masterminds.

A “haircut” for lenders cannot become a windfall for fraudsters.
