No response from the team for refund.
I have ordered @solanamobile on 7/12/2024. Now because of country policies they were unable to deliver.
But why no refund and benefits for pre-order because of pre payments.

We’ve been waiting nearly 2 years for our @solanamobile Seeker — a device we bought directly from your official store.

But now, dozens of us are stuck because a US-based logistics partner in New Castle refuses to release our phones.

They won’t hand them over to couriers, won’t allow pickup, and won’t even return them to you unless you issue a return label — which your support hasn’t provided despite repeated requests.

We’ve contacted support many times — only copy-paste replies or complete silence.
We’re not asking for refunds. We just want to use the product from one of the world’s leading blockchains.

👉 Please, @solana : take back our devices and redirect them to a functional partner or warehouse.
We’ve waited long enough. Don’t let a rogue logistics point ruin your reputation and our trust.

Best crypto scam by @solanamobile because after taking $50-60 as pre order fee.
After around 2 months of delivery starting all over the world still not a single seeker was delivered to India to any customer. Also they are not replying while connecting on email and website.

Today I will talk about @solanamobile and their scam scheme.

When the first Solana Phone was introduced, they promised a new era of crypto smartphones — Web3 in your pocket.
Everyone got hyped, and the marketing was huge.

But in reality, most users who bought it got nothing close to what was promised.
The Web3 experience was buggy, and the phone was overpriced compared to its actual value.

They used hype to sell overpriced phones, and when things didn’t go well, they quietly moved on.

Then came SOLANA MOBILE 2 — another scam idea with a new name but the same old story.

In January 2024, @solanamobile announced their second phone, Solana Mobile 2 or as they called it SEEKER.

Once again, they hyped it as the next Web3 evolution.

They opened preorders and collected massive funds ( $67.5+ ) million from the community.

They priced the phone at $450–$500, even though no one knew the actual specifications.

They also confirmed that shipping would start in 2025.
The community waited patiently, I waited patiently.

Finally, in May 2025, they revealed the specs and details about Seeker, and it was literally a big slap in the community’s face.

The Seeker’s specifications were terrible.
I paid $500 for a phone that has specs worth maybe $200–$250 at best.

Still, people believed they would start shipping the phones, even after completely messing up the specs.

They said official worldwide shipping would begin on August 4.

( Note : There was only 150k Mobiles was to supposed to ship . )

And they also told that they are sending tens of thousands phono to different countries.

But many countries haven’t received anything — especially Asian countries.
It’s already been two months, and still no updates.

I’m from India, and my shipment hasn’t even been dispatched yet.
When you ask questions, they have no answers.

They raised $60M+, yet they can’t hire a decent delivery partner.

Honestly, they are a joke , selling overpriced “crypto phones” with fake promises.

In the end, I would say it is a scam in slow motion.

Just remember once they are done with this sh*t show, they’ll come up with another scam scheme.

I am not buying this sh.t again .
