Ordered muffsA3 in July 1st week and it was defective.
Raised replacement and after waiting for so long got replacement on 30 jul but it was a power bank.
Now again the same old process. No apology nothing.

U claim home delivery and once order is confirmed and payment is made things go opposite.
I was called 28kms to pick my forex cash which I denied. Next option given was to cancel. Y the order was booked wen u can't even deliver.

Great courage to send my payment reference number for the payment I made while taking connection and claiming as your refund and when asked proof then they have stopped contacting.
