@EtihadHelp Hi, please have an email sent to my email id regarding the cancellation and refund amount confirmation. It is so ridiculous to not receive an email confirmation on cancellation of the booking.

@EtihadHelp I had to cancel my booked flight online due to covid situation. It was fully refundable. The website threw a error at the time of cancellatn I didn't get a cancellation email confirmation. Please confirm on this. Booking not seen now.
