@rpomumbai !! My daughter is stuck in Mumbai as she is unable to get her passport renewed. We applied in tatkal service and before she cud get appimt the lock-down was announced .She is unable to take appmt now as no dates available for tatkal . Her ref no ARN20-0003819102

Need information from Ministry of external affair India ! Why passport control seva has released the dates for appointment for tatkal services . When the passport is applied in tatkal ( emergency ) so the dates should be available for appointments in Mumbai . Need reply .

@MEAIndia Kindly update why appointmt dates for tatkal services in Mumbai not released for appointmt for Passport . Tatkal means emergency, the normal applications dates are open but not tatkal . We have patiently waited and understand but they is no reply from cust service ???
