Mainstream media like @DainikJagran is SHAMELESSLY SPREADING MISINFORMATION, reporting it as an 'attempted suicide' despite Aditya jumping from the 10th floor of his apartment! His only 'crime'? Attendance shortage! Faculties tortured him & his parents in the name of a meeting! How many more lives will be lost due to the APATHY & INCOMPETENCE of our education system? We demand:

Immediate suspension of the faculties responsible
A thorough investigation into the incident

Today, we lost a friend, a brother, and a dear classmate due to the unbearable pressure from our college, JIMS Greater Noida (affiliated with GGSIPU). He was constantly harassed over short attendance, debarred from mid-sem exams, and repeatedly forced to bring his parents for a PTM. The mental stress inflicted by the administration and faculty became too much to bear, pushing him to take the extreme step of ending his own life.

This is not just one case—this is a systemic failure where institutions treat students like numbers, disregarding their mental health and well-being. Education should empower, not destroy lives. How many more students have to suffer before action is taken?
