पैक पर तवा लिखा है। वंदे भारत ट्रैन में वही रोटी प्लास्टिक पैक में माइक्रोवेव से निकल कर आ यात्रियों को परोसी जा रही है।

एक महिला यात्री ने पूछा तो स्टाफ ने खुद माना कि रोटी माइक्रोवेव में गर्म की गई, और यही पूरी ट्रेन में दी जा रही थी। पैकेट Harvest Gold का Halka Phulka था।

ब्रांड का तरीका ये नहीं है। पैक पर साफ लिखा है कि पैक खोलो, गरम तवे पर रखो, करीब एक मिनट दोनों तरफ से पकाओ। कहीं प्री-हीटेड ओवन भी लिखा है। माइक्रोवेव का जिक्र नहीं है

प्लास्टिक पैक या शीट माइक्रोवेव में नहीं जाती। रोटी निकालकर माइक्रोवेव-सेफ बर्तन में रखनी होती है। ज्यादा देर रखने पर ये सख्त और रबड़ जैसी हो जाती है। जो प्लास्टिक माइक्रोवेव-सेफ नहीं होता, उसे गरम करने पर पैक से केमिकल खाने में आ सकते हैं।

स्टाफ सीधे पैकेट को माइक्रोवेव में गर्म करके परोस रहा है। यात्री को न तरीका बताया गया, न पैक हटाया गया।

सवाल ये नहीं कि रोटी खराब है। सवाल ये है कि कैटरिंग ब्रांड के लिखे तरीके से क्यों नहीं गर्म कर रही, और यात्री को ये क्यों नहीं बताया जा रहा?
