I haven’t made a blog post in 4 years. As a writer, I lost my passion. As a human, I lost my way. And as a friend, I lost myself.
4 years later, I am going to start again. Join me on the journey as I find how to get back to the human I want to be.
All my love! ❤️Jes.
Hey guys! We have an announcement! Anxiously Human has been going through changes, and has new ideas and an awesome new layout! Read this below. This doesn’t only apply to you. It could be your view of a friend or family member! Help us make Anxiously Human 2.0 a success!❤️❤️❤️❤️
For day one, I thought it would be best that we focus on a positive future. In this meditation you will imagine what your positive future looks like, through feeling and images. Come on this journey with me. Feel free to leave comments❤️ https://t.co/C9CIAG1Zi9
Ok. Due to a positive reaction to my poll, I decided I would start guided meditation videos. I will post the first one in the morning, and continue every other day for the foreseeable future. So, keep your eye out for the link around 10am CST.
In this time of social distancing, it would be really easy to slip into a negative headspace. This is why I am looking into creating a prerecorded and live meditation class. Where I will guide you through meditations.
What I need to know, is who would be interested?
I spy with my little eye a @AnxiouslyHuman and @sandytildawn 'Meditate' decal. I have so many left over from #Earpapalooza, so if you want one we can do $4 limited colors, while supplies last.
Oh, and #EarpNow

“I don’t believe we will ever stop fighting for it, just as I believe this journey I am on will never end. However, we can find the things that make us whole along the way. And when we light the path, we can help others on their journey, too.” -Post 32
“What can we do? How do we push forward? We can see the power in our actions, and the reflections of them in our hearts. We bare the scars of old battles with fear. Learn from them. Use them as the spark to light the fire to continue to push for clarity.” -Post 32
“Take one step towards the edge. There are many things in life that we put off because of the fear of falling off the edge, but that edge is so completely vital to us finding who we are.” -Post 32
“The first stop on the train is to answer these questions. If we don’t know the answer, we must find the things that fuel us. Try new things. Do things that scare us.” -Post 32
“We have to adapt to what is happening in our own lives, or in the world around us. We have to learn from our mistakes, and take inventory of all the things that have made us feel free to be who we are.” -Post 32
