In May 1944, 23-year-old Phyllis Latour jumped out of a US bomber and parachuted into occupied Normandy, France. Her mission was to gather information about Nazi positions in preparation for D-Day. Once on the ground, she quickly buried her parachute and clothes, and began a secret mission that would last four months, pretending to be a poor teenage French girl.

Phyllis had been trained by the British Special Operations Executive (SOE). She learned how to send secret messages in Morse code, how to fix wireless radios, and how to spy without being caught. She also went through tough physical training in the Scottish highlands. Phyllis wanted to get revenge on the Nazis who had killed her godfather.

Phyllis said, “The men who had been sent before me were caught and killed. I was chosen because I would be less suspicious.” She would ride a bicycle through the region, pretending to sell soap, and secretly pass messages to the British about German locations. She acted like a country girl chatting with German soldiers to avoid raising suspicion. She moved from place to place to stay hidden and often slept in forests finding her own food.

Phyllis also came up with a clever way to hide her secret codes. She wrote them on a piece of silk and pricked it with a pin each time she used a code. She kept it hidden inside a hair tie. Once when the Germans briefly detained her and searched her she took out the hair tie and let her hair fall, showing she had nothing to hide. In the summer of 1944, Phyllis sent 135 coded messages helping Allied bombers find German targets.

After the war, Phyllis married and moved to New Zealand. Her children didn’t know about her wartime service until 2000, when her oldest son found out online. This hero passed on October 7, 2023. May she rest In peace.

Here is your reminder there are dozens of “RESTRICTED AREA: Endangered Species Critical Area” signs plastered around both of the Fort Edward Grassland Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs).

You and I, as regular citizens, are not allowed to walk through that grassland. That would be “prohibited trespassing” according to the @NYSDEC.

But a foreign solar corporation from Canada? They’re allowed to do whatever they want to the grassland around the WMAs.

In fact, they’re allowed to remove its topsoil, destroy the grasses, shove panel anchors 6-12 feet into the weak shale that can’t support the anchors (our environmental assessment uncovered that), clear the land, erect 10 foot tall chain link fencing, bury equipment below the soil surface, and carve access roads into this critical habitat.

But hey, in the meantime, don’t walk in that grass. As the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation admits from its own field studies and research, there are critically endangered species present.

To fully understand how evil these foreign solar and wind corporations are, I need you to take some time out of your day today to read the screenshots attached below.

I anonymously received one of the solar contracts that was dispersed to landowners in the Flat Creek Solar project footprint, which is located in Montgomery County. Flat Creek, like every ORES project, received its final permit. It will irreversibly fragment and destroy the Amish community there, as well as the bald eagles that nest WITHIN the facility site (I documented that on here earlier this spring).

I'm not sure where to begin with how one-sided, crooked, and broad this contract is in favor of the developer.

It grants the developer broad rights to transmission facilities
poles, underground and overhead lines, communication systems, access roads, vehicles and equipment, and future replacement and reconstruction.

The easement is PERPETUAL! The contract is for 25-years, but if you read on, you see the developer has the right to extend it for 5-years at a time at will. That's how these contracts become 40-year+ leases that transfer our prime farmland into the hands of foreign countries.

Owner restrictions are shocking. On page 4-5, the owner agrees not to interfere with the easement, build structures that affect it, use the property in ways that could impact developer operations, or impose restrictions that impair the easement.

Page 6 contains a "Taking" provision. If eminent domain occurs, the developer receives compensation for damage to its facilities
and the developer may receive compensation for loss of use and business interests. The developer also retains significant rights regarding the award... many landowners don't realize they will be sharing condemnation proceeds with an easement holder!

And don't forget the gag order.

It says the owner agrees to keep confidential: the agreement itself, information regarding the developer's operations, information regarding the developer's project, and "any other information" provided by the developer that is designated confidential.

If you can think, for a single moment, that this is about saving the environment and the climate, you need to read through this contract below.

This is foreign corporate pillaging and intimidation waged against the rural towns that safeguard our best farmland in New York State.

Solar and wind developers will do anything to make sure their contracts aren't shared or discussed online. That's why they all include gag orders.

I received this Flat Creek Solar contract that the landowner opted not to sign.

Of all the horrifying clauses in this contract, I need you to sit, specifically, with this one: "Developer shall have the right, at its option, to further extend the Term for three additional periods of five (5) years (each, a Renewal Period) following the expiration of the Operating Period."

Here you have a contract that admits to 5-years of evaluation, 25-years of operating, and now 15 additional years (not defined) if the developer so chooses.

That comes to a 45-year lease... of our prime farmland to foreign renewable corporations.

The panel manufacturers assign a 12-15 year warranty for the panels. Anyone who has lived by a commercial solar complex, especially in a climate where our winters sit below freezing for months at a time, including hail storms, ice storms, blizzards, and in Western New York, Lake Effect Snow and tornados, knows that these panels, if there are no natural disasters, will last MAYBE 12-years out in the open.

So why do these foreign companies need our land for 45-years?

What comes AFTER the solar complexes?

Since the panels will only generate at 12-15% of their annual potential in our climate (a 100MW solar facility will realistically generate 12-15MW of power per year), this isn't a fix for our grid.

These companies know that. That's why the contracts are shockingly one-sided and threatening.

Why do they need our prime farmland for almost 50-years?

These are questions anyone with an ounce of common sense should be asking themselves today. This is foreign interference in our country under the guise of "clean" energy.

Our corrupt Congress specifically created and hid a new funding program under FEMA specifically to fund the NGOs to bring the illegals into our country.

Saturn’s moon Titan alone holds hundreds of times more liquid hydrocarbons in its vast methane-ethane seas than all the known oil and natural gas reserves on Earth. NASA’s Curiosity Rover has detected ancient organic molecules, including long-chain hydrocarbons, in Martian mudstones inside Gale Crater.

Meanwhile, the atmospheres of gas giants like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are rich in methane, which breaks down under intense atmospheric pressure to form complex chains of ethane and acetylene.

Even primitive, non-biological bodies- such as Comet Halley and the asteroid Ryugu - are heavily laden with complex carbon-bearing molecules.
