Airbnb stopped acting like a hospitality company a long time ago.

Up to 20% skimmed off the top. A "service fee" for a service the host already provides. A cleaning fee that costs more than the actual cleaning.

AtlasOra is the short-term rental platform doing the opposite: one flat 10% host-side fee, zero junk fees for guests, and part of that fee spent making sure guests get the best price on the market.

Fair pricing isn't a feature. It's the whole point.
