Becoming the best at your position means putting in work with the basics often. I can only say I'm good at blocking because I have muscle memory of how to block. I don't think, I just do. But you have to keep building muscle memory, you can't ever stop. #softballrecruit #softball

Spent some time this weekend working on my throwing. I tend to drop my elbow a bit while making my transfer, so I'm working on keeping my elbow up. This should make my transfer quicker, which makes my throw quicker. #softball #softballrecruit #classof2028 #uncommitted
