The most important part in what Netanyahu is saying is not that "we have to disarm Hezbollah".

The most important part is this:

"We have to demilitarize LEBANON".

The message to the Lebanese state and people is that Israel wants peace only if you agree to be disarmed and weak. Otherwise just the fact of wanting a national army is a declaration of war on Israel.

This in itself is a permanent declaration of war on Lebanon and this has been happening since 1948.

At some point the Lebanese STATE had a missile program in the 60's, and Israel ordered France to force Lebanon to stop the program. The state stopped the program and shipped the Lebanese scientists who were working on it to the USA.

Once again Israel itself is explaining why Hezbollah exists.
