@Uniswap v4 hooks are the most interesting thing I have looked at in months

a pool can now run your code before and after a swap. dynamic fees, custom curves, limit orders, all of it lives in the pool instead of around it

the AMM stopped being a fixed thing

every hackathon I have done had one moment where the whole thing nearly died

ETHOnline: found out 2 days before deadline that half my claims were not true

Colosseum: killed the first idea on day 2, two weeks before submission
