Jerry's Drive-In at 471 W. Tennessee opened in 1965. It was a chain restaurant founded in Kentucky, although many FSU students remember it from later days when it was the Southern Plasma Center, where you could donate blood for cash. The exterior design is remarkably intact.
Our Drop-In Center is a safe and welcoming peer-run community meeting place for anyone experiencing or affected by mental health and/or substance use challenges. You can acquire the resources, skills, and opportunities needed to transition into healthy, independent living.
Thanks to @TDOnline for including Apalachee Center in this important list of resources for mental health care in the aftermath of the tornados that impacted Tallahassee earlier this month.
