@HZSMITH211 Maybe it is unknowingly, but every time I mention it's important and information, we have to collect as a legitimate business, I am usually told it's unnecessary and they are no longer interested haha

So many Roblox devs don't understand taxes and it makes it very difficult to hire.

As a law-abiding business, you MUST either collect a TIN OR withhold 20-30% (depending on the country) for taxes.

Just because most people on the platform tax evade doesn't mean I want to!

It's so genuinely hard to find professional developers who want to work hard.

I find it very difficult to find new developers who are overage, willing to work, and consistent. We pay good commission rates too.
