Fantastic day yesterday with @LeighMurray75 visiting Morton Lochs to see the squirrels and dragonflies, and then the highlight of seeing beavers with @PerthshireWild
What a day!

Great day doing a Breeding Bird Survey with @ORCSRangers for @JohnMuirTrust at Glenlude.
Having my first experience of #rewilding here 3 years ago, it was fantastic to return and give something back!

Students making the most of sector opportunities.
Fantastic to see such a healthy population of Great Crested Newt, amongst a thriving pond community.

[APBeverley @ApBeverley]

@ORCSRangers was set up to to get students valuable experience and help protect Scotland's landscapes. The new team are off to a good start when they take over from us next month!

Great way to top off a grand day.

Riverfly survey training on the beautiful Tweed this morning (and found some otter scat), then finished off with this beautifully put together and provocative film

Across Scotland, the fractured connections between salmon & the landscapes through which their rivers flow, are gradually being repaired.
In March, the Riverwoods documentary will embark on a 12-venue screening tour across Scotland.

Acutely intelligent, sensitive to Russia as much as to Ukraine, clear about the horror of war - quietly immensely courageous - @zelenskyyUa is an extraordinary man. This is one of the most remarkable speeches ever made - in dignified contrast to Putin’s hysterical megalomania.

[APBeverley @ApBeverley]

So very proud of what @ORCSRangers have achieved over the last 12 months!

[APBeverley @ApBeverley]

@amy_mcluckie I ended up reading other ones just to put it all in context 🤦‍♂️

[APBeverley @ApBeverley]

Started volunteering with @N_T_S @ Priorwood and sharing the few basic bits I've picked with other students.
The @SRUC Oatridge orchard needs some tlc!

This country is a shadow of the one it once was. No honour, no kindness. What happened to politicians wanting to serve & help the people they represent. Now they're just self-serving and corrupt. The whole establishment seems corrupt. Very sad.

@GemmellSusie @SamCoatesSky I've always wondered how many people have tripped over that monster under the carpet

[APBeverley @ApBeverley]

@McAndrewFace @PippaCrerar I see that as a serious breach of ministerial code for lying to colleagues, the house, the public and the Queen
