APC Building Services have successfully completed the first phase of works at their latest development project in Southampton. The demolition of the existing commercial unit has now taken place and the design and build of 24 residential units has commenced.

We are excited about our launch day at our new development in Keston, on Saturday 15th September 2018. All 12 luxury apartments within the development have now been completed and will be showcased at the launch day.

We have successfully completed a project involving the demolition of a garage site and build of a 3 bedroom bungalow in Slough. This was the final property completed within our contract with a local housing association, consisting of 5 new build properties built on garage sites.

Here's a sneak peak into our exciting new development project in Keston, Kent. The site which was once an old office development has now been converted into 12 luxury apartments. The development will be completed in September 2018 and will be followed by a launch day.

APC Building Services have completed two hub-office fit-out projects for Southern Housing Group, in Brighton and Portsmouth. We were delighted to have met with residents and employees at the recent opening ceremonies. We hope to work with Southern Housing Group again soon.

APC Building Services have successfully commenced works on a project involving the conversion of a detached Victorian house in South East London. The property will be converted into two self-contained flats for a local housing association.

APC Building Services are excited to announce that we are again working in collaboration with Southern Housing Group, on their second hub-office fit out project this year. We are delighted to have started works on their office conversion in Portsmouth.

@APCBuilding have spent half term working at a primary school in Shirley, Croydon. We have been commissioned to provide window replacements throughout the school and will phase the works to take place during school holidays, to avoid any inconvenience for the staff and students.
