Jumping is such a fast movement that it can be hard 2 feel mechanics. Using pauses at the landing can reinforce proper mechanics & get a feel for our body. PSA: jumping/sprinting are great movements for ALL athletes, even if you don’t do it in game, like our swimming athlete here
